Pretty bland and uninspired, had the salmon hanamau (sp?) Sushi burrito. It was honestly one of the worst sushiesque foods ive eaten. While the sushi burrito was filling , it was basically tasteless. They need to incorproate more flavour.

A tad disappointed for the poke here comparing to Steve’s poke. It’s more “westerned” imo to accommodate the local taste. The portion is not bad but also not that big. The patio is great tho. (The pic is a half-eaten portion just to note)

Such a hidden gem. Very solid food. I had their I Sea Food summer special which has all the seafood I like - tuna, salmon, scallops and shrimps. I also chose brown rice which was cooked perfectly. Spacious, clean restaurant with a nice patio. Will definitely come back again.

Although close to two main roads, Cambie and Broadway, the Pokerrito on 8th is easily unnoticed. This is a shame because it is such a nice spot for really delicious, freshly made Asian Fusion food. As well as the set options, the menu also includes build your own choices. We took advantage of both, having the Toasted Roasted Chicken Bowl, the Spicy Pork Bul-Dog and a Build Your Own Bowl. Each was tasty and we’d definitely repeat these orders. My Torched Bowl was particularly scrumptious and while I’d love to try another item from the menu the next time we visit, I’ll be hard pressed not to simply repeat my order! The place is spacious and bright and the service very friendly. We think it’s worth the effort to walk a block off Cambie to treat yourself to a great meal!
